We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page.

Returns are accepted primarily for products that are damaged, defective, faulty or incorrectly delivered.

To request a return:

Contact us within 7 days with your order number.
Provide photos/videos of the product and packaging when requested.
The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging, accessories and contents.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, modification or physical damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return or replacement.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, STEMpitara will confirm whether the product qualifies for a refund or replacement.

Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 working days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged or defective product supplied by us.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Certain products may be marked as Non-Returnable on their product page. Such products are not eligible for return unless they are received damaged or defective.
